We were commissioned to prepare evidence as an expert landscape witness in support of appeals by the owners of Fulmer Wood Estate against the issue of enforcement notices by the local planning authority.
Our evidence included a detailed analysis of the historical development of the estate, and in particular, its use. Furthermore, we provided analysis of the landscape and visual impact of certain built features. We also prepared information for inclusion within a detailed landscape management plan for the estate.
