The parkland landscape at Belmont forms part of the Kent Downs AONB and is arranged around a house designed by Samuel Wyatt in 1789 (Grade 1).
We were commissioned to carry out a detailed survey of the Historic Landscape and prepare a Restoration Masterplan and Countryside Stewardship application for this 83 acre site. This included a review of existing public assess arrangements and devising proposals for attracting and accommodating additional visitors.
